Enjoy A Unique Coastal Retreat In A Natural Monterey Pine Forest

Imagine a delightful stay in this Tudor style home that sits above a Monterey pine forest sweeping a half mile down to the ocean.  The property is easily accessed from Highway 1 yet extremely secluded, with no neighbors on three sides and the remaining side screened by lush redwoods. The quaint seaside village of Cambria is a leisurely five minute drive from the property. The experience is unforgettable, combining indulgent comfort set amid a restful, natural retreat.

The Setting
You are within seconds of scenic walking trails through pine-forested “Strawberry Canyon," which lies directly behind the property. You'll really feel like you are getting away from it all when you walk the lush trails leading through the forest, breathe the fresh pine-scented ocean breeze, and enjoy an abundance of wildlife among the woods, including wild turkey, deer, fox, bobcat, quail, hawks and more.

The beach is an easy 15-minute walk through the woods and along quiet residential streets.  You can pick through the tide pools at nearby Lampton Cliffs park (it is only about an acre in size), or walk along the new boardwalk bluff trail at the stunningly beautiful public Fiscalini Ranch, formerly known at the East-West Ranch.

You'll hear the sea lions barking at nearby Seal Rock, and you'll almost certainly see deer roaming through your backyard.
